Great Weekend!

My brother & sister-in-law came in this weekend with their boys! We had lots of fun as usual. Hunter was just crawling everywhere & smiled the whole time they were down. My great uncle & his wife from Minnesota were in this weekend too, we went to see them at my Granny's house. They are such sweet people! (& I JUST LOVE how they talk!) I'll have to post pictures of the kids that I took!
This week is spring break... I don't have to do a whole bunch of running here & there this week. Brie has NO dance, NO school, & NO church on Wednesday! This week is easy, easy, easy. Thank you JESUS for spring break! Hope you all have a good week too!
I'm thinking we might go to Ft. Worth to the zoo, or to Abilene to the zoo, or they are even having Disney on Ice in Dallas. Hhhmmmm what to do for fun?!?

HELP!

Well in a month from tomorrow Brodie will be turning the big 2! I have no idea what to get him. In fact, I'll be honest, I never know what to get him. Brie is soooo easy to buy for, I know what I can get her in just a matter of moments. With Brodie though, that is another story. I don't really want to get him a lot (because lets face it, he doesn't need alot), but I want to get him something different that he doesn't already have. So I would like some input on what to get my boy.

He already has SEVERAL toy guns, lots of hot wheels, a couple of ride on toys (that he pedals), balls of every kind, shape, & color, & well, you get the idea.

Any & all ideas are encouraged.

Busy!

Yesterday Brie, Josh, & I all had some stomach bug. Brie & I were throwing our toenails up & finally got us some phenergan (oh man how i love that stuff!), after that & several hours of sleep
Brie was back to normal. I however felt like a couple of semi-trucks had ran me over. Josh eventually got better. (i think he was just having sympathy pains) THANK HEAVENS Brodie didn't get sick at all!

Tomorrow is Brie's first t-ball tryouts. I'm sooooo excited. (I'm more excited than she is) Oh, well at least she got new shoes out of the deal. Plus a pink batting helmet, pink bat, & a glove (that is WAY too big). I'm not sure how catching is going to go because her hand doesn't even fit in the glove. I"m definitely going to take lots of pictures tomorrow!

Oh!

We got a new piece of furniture. Well not new but new to us & it has sentimental value to me. When I was in GA's at church we got to have secret pals & Mrs. Inez Neeley was mine. Later on she paid me to clean her house, well she had this BEAUTIFUL tea cart that she owned & we were doing a project for a certain teacher & we needed a cart & she let us borrow it. When she & her husband passed away they had an auction at their house & I HAD to have the tea cart! I won it, plus a rocking chair, & some beautiful crystal serving platters. My mom won an entertainment center & gave it to my brother for Christmas! Well, because they bought a new BIG TV they didn't need it & we bought it from them! I love it. Plus if anyone knows who this amazing woman was it is an honor to have something that used to belong to her!
